Some other shots from Arrowhead Park, Huntsville, Ontario

Just a few other scenes from Mayflower Lake, Arrowhead Lake and Stubbs Falls. I'm so blessed to live so close to such an Amazing Park....most of the leaves are down now and the grey hills have very sparse color....Looking forward to some nice heavy frosty mornings, makes for great shooting!!!!!

Beautiful colour in those photos! Next time I'm in Huntsville I'll have to make a point to visit Arrowhead Park.

Your photos are breathtaking. I love the colorful Autumn leaves that I never see here in south Florida.
You have created a wonderful photo blog.
Thanks for sharing the beauty.

Hello if I had that visual delight steps from my house you would never find me.
About your question on my blog a few hours as the crow flies.
This area is beautiful and I just love your photos. They are excellent. B

I'm (almost) speechless ! Absolutely stunning photos. Algonquin was my preferred destination when I was in Barrie last week but the weather conspired to keep me close to Barrie, and besides, I'd heard that the colours were well past their peak. Ah well, I'm really enjoying it via your photos and will have to do better planning next year.

I haven't been able to get much visiting in due to my chronic internet issues e.g. 30 minutes to load a blog. Should be much better starting next week when I'm down south :-)

I went through a lot of your recent posts and am still salivating.

Wow! thanks for the feedback everyone, it is such kind words as yours that motivate me to get out there and keep shooting, plus my own satisfaction of making memories of all the beauty that surrounds me...for one day I may not be able physicaly to get out and capture such marvels of our natural world.
