Yellow Belly Sapsucker
For you Birders out there, I had never seen this bird before and was so pleased after I took this shot and did my research to find it is from the woodpecker family. I love discovering the bird varieties here in Muskoka and beyond.
I am glad you were able to see the Bald eagles and yes they could very well be nesting near the Big East River as we have seen them several times and we are not far from there.

So there it is all in a nut shell!!!!! I use Photoshop Elements 7 and Photostudio 5 for enhancing...all my images are saved on a 1TB external hardrive by Seagate.
Besides having a Love Affair with my camera...I feel just as comfortable with my paint brushes...doing most of my work in Acrylics, and experimenting with Watercolours. If I could paint every shot I took I would need a huge gallery....but reality says you only have so much space!!
My passion for photography and painting has brought me to this amazing area of Muskoka,It has truly been a Gift!to reside here full time...The beauty of the seasons, and the variety of wildlife never ceases to amaze me.
