I just can't get over how the White Trillium's are so abundant this year...this hill was just covered, with the odd Stinky Benjamins ( Red Trillium )scattered amongst them....The Red Trillium's are very interesting, they are pollinated by the carrion fly, therefore the reason for their horrible stink, and their color represents the same color of flesh!!!

Amazing,I better get out hiking before they're all gone! Didn't know that about the red Trilliums.
