Let's Find Waldo....The Deer!
I was out to our local deer feeding yard on Long Lake, and was safely tucked under some heavy pines....for in this heavy snowfall my camera would have been covered in no time. The people who own the property spread out broken bales of hay for the deer who come across the lake to feed. Unfortunately being a Sunday afternoon there was heavy snowmobile traffic which would scatter the herd of almost 20 deer back to the safety of the woods. In no time at all they slowly peak out from the snow covered pines and start across the lake to the feeding area....the snow was fallen so heavily I could barely see it in my viewfinder...but was so excited when I downloaded this shot, for I knew I could show people how heavy our snow falls can really be.....

Well looks like over here. We got the same for the last week and we finally have a winter. A bit late thought. Beautiful snowdeer picture ;-)
Looks like a deer in a snowglobe!
It was really snowing, wasn't it! Love the deer photo.
Mainio luonto-kuva lumisateessa.
