It was so warm yesterday after my work day, so we decided to head off for a ride out to my husband's Old Hunt Camp area. We spotted a Cow Moose & her Twin Calves but way off in the distance, till I heard a funny little noise just below the car window. Here this wonderful little Beaver was busy chomping away without a care in the world, and never noticed us. Usually with a flip of the tail they are gone if you try to get close...so this was a real treat, to shoot in such close proximity.

Oh! I love these guys!!!!
What a wonderful capture...and an action shot no less!!!
Very nice capture. As are the rest of your photos. You have a great blog. I enjoy my visits here. Thanks for sharing your captures.
Forgive me..I failed to thank you for the nice comment you left on my blog re:the purple finch, Turkey and my banner of Red-winged Blackbirds. Your kind words are appreciated. The Blackbird banner capture was (to me) a once in a life time capture. I have had many kind words re: it. Thanks again Sue.

Just spent a while here Susan looking at a lot of your beautiful winter shots. Love those ones of Algonquin Park - I missed that while spending the winter in Florida.
That's a great beaver shot!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
Ciao Susan, nice to meet you, the beaver is adorable and your blog is very interesting and enjoyable to watch, congratulations!
