Sunset on Old Nipissing!
This was our annual Walleye fishing trip for our 26th yr. on Lake Nipissing near North bay, and we were treated to one of her amazing sunsets. The Lake was quit calm most of the day and made for pleasant fishing. The bite was on, as they say and were pleased with a total of 9 perfect eating size fish for our table. The sad part was another motor breakdown, after spending over $400.00 on it last fall...I'm afraid it may be time for a replacement...It does not owe us anything at 23 years of great service!!!!! I guess it's just worn out!!!!!

Beautiful capture. Looks like a postcard. Sorry to hear about the boat.
What a great day out. I was intrigued by the lake's name.
Fabulous sunset, captured beautifully - bliss :D)
What a lovely and peaceful scene.
It`s been a while since I last visited, but I've just enjoyed myself immensely again. Gorgeous photos - your macro work is lovely ! (btw - does mirror lock-up make a diffference ? I think I need a horizontal tripod too - might save me a few contortions).
btw - I`ve done some fishing out there on Nippissing - the pickerel are awesome there !
